i have some questions about milk?

so firstly.. my friend said to me that its better to buy blue top milk and water it down than to buy red top milk?
ALSO if you get tummy aches from drinking milk will it make any difference drinking red top than drinking full cream milk or is there the same amount of WHATERVER MAKES YOU GO bad in all milks?

if you like you can talk about what colour top milk you buy?
when i was little once a week my dad used to buy gold top milk and he used to let me drink the amazing thick cream from the top of the bottle.
now i drink red or water down the green because i feel like its too rich

i buy the green milk, i hate red milk it doesnt taste of anything

but im pretty lactose crappy so i only really take it in tea, and even then, after three cups my nasal passages wants to die

we used to water down the milk for our cat, i see the logic of that, but it just seems kind of weird

i mean watery milk in your frosties? NO

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS, you have to water down the milk for your cereal.
SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO FORGET THE MILK AND USE THE WATER
today i got some ORANGE top milk which i think is really just misty water and i just had some porridge, which i normally make with mostly and it was SO GOOD
