avocados

i usually am okay with bits of avocado, yet for whatever reason, earlier this week i went avocado CRAZY and now i want to eat it on everything.

so, what're your suggestions?
recipes?

yummm, that sandwich ^

i love avacados
i mostly just slice them on top of nachos or into burritos
though sometimes i like slices on their own
and i also like to mix and mash them w. salsa for my lazy persons version of quacamole
