Come to think of it, I'm going to prepare the salt/cayenne pepper combo in a shaker for future use.
Initially I wouldn't have assumed it was low fat, but as it's oven chips and not the variety gestating in cooking fat, I assume it's a healthier option. I suppose if you want to go even healthier with this, you could use "lighter' sea salt.
