could you recommend a starter with egg and asparagus? i really want to make something with those two ingredients thanks

just poach the egg and boil or steam the aspargus and dip it in your poached egg.
if you don't have an egg poaching pan then fill a deep frying pan with water and gently boil. put 1 tablespoon of white vinegar in the water and break your egg into it, use a spoon to keep it together and leave in the water for (I think) abotu 3 minutes.

here is a photo of some steamed asparagus, poached eggs and buttered soda bread that I had.
