Does anyone have any recipe ideas I could use these ingredients for? Basically I'm trying to use up stuff in my fridge before I go shopping again and seem to have quite a bit of these left. I'm not a great cook but like experimenting with things!

you got any pasta. garlic?
fry the mushrooms a little bit in some butter and garlic. gently. cook your spinach. mix it up with the creme fraiche and a bit of lemon and paprika if you got any and serve with the pasta.

or if youve got eggs you could make a really nice omelette with it.

if you have some filo pastry you could make mushroom, creme fraiche and spinach börek
