i dont eat wheat so not totally gluten free although i doubt i do eat much rye and barley either?
i think its VERY GOOD, my stomach is ten times better than it was before and its way easier than i expected it too be. i dont have any good recipes though sorry, i just eat meat and rice

and you can pretty much buy gluten free substitute for EVERYTHING NOW
except supernoodles, when that happen i will probably just get REALLY fucking fat.
