Making your butt bigger

I really want a bigger butt. My butt is not that small, but it would be really cool if it was bigger. my guy is a total butt guy.

I know you can't change the number of fat cells that are genetically placed on your butt (just like your breasts), but i have been lifting serious weights on my butt.

here are the exercises I have been doing, and I want to see if anyone else has any good ones.

1) I stand up straight, take a 20 lbs dumbell and hold it to my chest. then i bend over forward at the waist and use my butt muscles to lift my torso up vertically. You have to squeeze your butt to be sure you are not using only your lower back muscles to pull your torso up.

2) I tie a 6 lbs dumbell to my ankle. Then i stand up straight and put my palms against the wall for support. I lift my ankle off the floor and back towards my butt, while squeezing my butt muscle. This one really makes my leg and butt muscles shake.


I have tried equipment in the gym, but these exercises really target the butt muscle, not just the leg. If i increase my leg just as much as my butt, my butt won't stick out any more from my leg. I try to isolate my butt as best i can.

Anyone else have any good exercises?
