| Candy Making Help.. I just started making candy.. and I really dig it. The candy I made first was Divinity (White sugar, Corn Syrup, water and egg whites) Which turned out great... Light, fluffy, melt in your mouth. I then tryed to make Seafoam candy (brown sugar, corn syrup and egg whites) the candy holds its shape but will not harden. I know the weather is a factor in making both of the candies but I made the seafoam candy only a few hours after the Divinity. COULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I DID WRONG? or at least point me in the way of some place that could...
I know this has nothing to do with dieting but it is the only place with food threads that I know of. |
