OK how about nothing but skim milk & shakes?

After reading the rediculously low calorie count of skim milk, and how damn filling it is, do you think I could reach emilie autumn-esque levels of anorexia just by making fruit-shakes with a few itty bitty condiments?

I mean shit, it even has protein.

What about the side effects though? you know to off-set the diarheah/constipation fluctuations?

I remember when I was 5 I could basically eat nothing but dairy on account of a throat infection/pain thing, and that made me pretty damn thinsporational. and that was full cream chocolate milkshakes!

well the long term maintenance thing is the problem here. i'm confident your cabable of figuring it out. what price to the metabolism? anyone who's carried on the rest of their entire life depriving themselves of delicious things to eat is surely suffering a depletion of the soul? once you go back to the solids, your body will not be trusting you to continue to nourishit. and will want to keep hold of every little bit. see where i'm going with this deadfag?

if you're that thin already this won't work I don't think.

the problem is when you do a starvation diet your body drops fat and muscle at a ratio similar to your body. so for every pound of fat you lost, you'd lose maybe 3-4 pounds of muscle. meaning you'd still have fat on you but you'd be withering a bit.
