| OK how about nothing but skim milk & shakes? After reading the rediculously low calorie count of skim milk, and how damn filling it is, do you think I could reach emilie autumn-esque levels of anorexia just by making fruit-shakes with a few itty bitty condiments?
I mean shit, it even has protein.
What about the side effects though? you know to off-set the diarheah/constipation fluctuations?
I remember when I was 5 I could basically eat nothing but dairy on account of a throat infection/pain thing, and that made me pretty damn thinsporational. and that was full cream chocolate milkshakes! |
