Questions I have two things to ask
1) Relatively straightforward, does anyone on here know of any good weightloss sites that allow you to log what you eat, talk to members,etc? Free of charge if poss.
2) Ok, this might be complicated... physically I completely understand dieting etc, my problem is getting into the right mindset... I find it soooo hard to resist food. I mentally prepare myself and then as soon as the food is there in front of me I just eat it... It's really getting me down, I need to lose weight for my health but it's sooo hard. Help anyone? Or know of where I could find it ?
