What do you usually have for christmas?

We're in charge of cooking for christmas eve's dinner. I don't know what to do. All I know is there will be turkey, and maybe a chocolate pie/cake for dessert. Must I get different sorts of nuts to have around the table?

what about drinks?

what about people recovering from brain surgery who probably can't chew anything hard?

ideas?

what do you usually have?

Ham, mashed potatoes, pineapple stuffing, brocolli stuffing, cranberry sauce, apple pie, red & white wine, vodka tonics and beer. This is normally what my ma & pops serve.

I didn't know such a thing existed!
Pineapple stuffing.
Wow.
I want some.

With every meal.

Pineapple

We usually have Turkey or chicken,
and a nice lion of Bacon (instead of ham)
Mashed whipped creamed potatos,
orange glazed carrots,
peas,
various sauces, (apple, cranberry, mixed spices and or chicken gravy)
yorkshire pudding.

No idea about someone that can't chew anything hard.
Maybe some beef or bacon thats over cooked?
That would just melt in your mouth,
and still be really tasty.

Everyone else usually has some kind of wine or
champagne kinda thing?

I mostly have water, or some kind of fizzy drink

Dessert is whatever we think we might like,
so its different a lot.
