Any tea aficionados on here?

So, I want to buy a glass tea kettle as I think the water will taste better and I'd have a better cup of tea which I NEED in winter. But what's a diffuser...it's a thing to put between the kettle and the flame?

Anybody know...have an idea of where I can buy one? Thanks

A diffuser is a small metal cage-like ball in which you put the loose tea leaves. It acts like a tea bag where you put it inside the kettle and the hot water flows through the diffuser and is infused with tea.

Does that make sense?

There are some on this website (called infusers) in the gifts section.

You can't beat fresh tea...yuuuummmy!!!

Don't know where you are so don't know where to direct you to buy one.

radiofriendly is infamous around these parts
You can fiind them on the net

My partner is a big tea connsuer and we get teas from all around the world. We have even done Zen Buddhism Tea Ceromony and got paid to do it one time in anohter part ofd the USA. That kind of tea is not a water based tea, its more like a milkshake.
Yes the above is right about the diffuser.
I used to be a major coffeedrinker since i was in grade school. It was up in Seattle area before all the epsresso stands so it was folgers like coffee for a long time until mid eighties when the espresso stand became a fixture up in the Great pacific Northwest.
I dont drink cofee no more except if Im travelling on a road trip and hav to drive early. I do drink tea to jump star me in the morning or do a wake and bake with it depending but I only drink Lipton or Tetleys.
Hate any tea with that Bergomot stuff in it. Its like licorice taste but worse.

Tea Kettles

Have a few Orinental tea kettles etc but no English ones. Living close to Birithsh Columbia we used to always vacation at this resort in winter a few times til the sun came back out that had high tea like the English. Its weird how tea is drank so many countries I have been too and in different ways.
Tea is good!
