thems egg noodles. which is middleamerican version of fettucine. hard core white people food. i am just about to throw them into a pot of rapidly boiling turkey stock made from holiday carcass. to which i have already added a potato, a couple diced carrots half an onion and i will later add some frozen shelled edamame. because my sister does not like peas.
