Kay so Beverly is coming over in a bit to see if we can't make a tofurky? I looked online for recipes, mostly from tofurky.com and vegweb. But do you guys have any TRIDE AND TR00 recipes? I know most people hate tofurky, but i never want to have to find out why?

don't know how to make a tofurkey. had heard of a few using tofurkey.,. got a recipe that involves tofu some cats are trying for the holiday. might gieve yu if you'r interested. while i'm still on. cheers.

whole foods, trader joes; most higher end grocery stores sell it.

the tofurkey roast isn't bad at all, but in the future, look for the celebration roast. it's a vegan delight.
