Help!

Arg....
I've been losing weight pretty constantly these past few months but as of late it just won't budge. I'm doing 40 mins cardio 6 times a week and I eat very well.

I just don't get it.

Start strength training. Building muscle will boost your metabolism back up.

souliee is on a distinguished road
are you still overweight? it's possible that you've just reached your ideal size. if you're being healthy about it, you don't just continue to get thinner indefinitely.
