When the push-up routine gets easy for you, put your feet up on a chair and slow down the push-ups.

I should add that you don't grow when you're exercising, you grow at rest. Exercise just creates the breakdown condition so your body responds by becoming stronger.
Three supplements I would recommend are: A multivitamin, Magnesium and Brewer's Yeast. Everyday.

Also, being a worrying, neurotic mess is only going to serve to work against your gains, so chill out.

but those are the things I always do, like the lunches thing, I would do that and with weights!!! and still no change in my body.

I mean when will I see a change?? how many times do you have to do it for it to change your body?? to be ripped?? I'm naturally thin so I should be ripping quickly and still nothing, I don't understand.
