quitting coffee

i have had constant stomach pain for the last 3 days that is made worse by eating and/or moving. it is so bad i can hardly walk.
it is much, much worse when i eat, no matter what i try to eat.

i dont know what is causing it but i assume the amount of coffee i drink is not helping. when i just drink (coffee, water, milk, etc) the pain is not made worse but i have heard coffee is horrible for your stomach so i am going to try and eliminate it at least for 2 or 3 days.

i need tips on how to handle the caffeine withdrawal, basically. i won't be able to take ibuprofen or anything for the caffeine headaches because that also is awful on your stomach.
what can i do.
drink tea?

plz help.

tylenol doesn't affect your stomach so you can try that, but i would get some tea. just make sure it isn't caffeine-free.

see, i was wondering if thats what it was
but i'm only 20? and supposedly that hurts mainly on one side?
this hurts from my hips up to my sternum
like even my ovaries hurt !!!! my WHOLE abdomen.
i think it is probably ulcers or something.

my whole stomach has been nothing but trouble since the day i was born tbh but this is ridiculous

age doesn't matter much
my sister just had hers out and she's 27
my cousin had hers out when she was 22
& the pain radiates

anyway, hopefully it's something more simple
