I couldn't even put it in a cake pan, I had to use the giant pan we use for Sheperds Pie.

Other things that go well with chocolate include:
Orange, mint, ginger (mm crystalised ginger chocolate brownies!), most cake spices (nutmeg, cinnamon)
The only reservation I'd have with a cake that big, is will it rise properly? My oven's pretty crap with big cakes, and they sometimes end up wet in the middle and burnt round the edges even when I've taken measures to stop it! |

| | | are you talking about making a quarter sheet cake? like a regular 13inx9in cake? if so 20 eggs alone wouldn't fit into that much less any other ingredient. it looks as if you've fucked up your recipe. a full sheet only calls for a dozen eggs and serves up to 100. |
