yay/nay?

i thought about getting one. partly to do some core exercises, but if i'm being honest with myself i probably won't do that much. mostly to double as a desk chair, because my posture needs work. and, really, to please my inner 4 year old. giant ball! yay!



so, does anyone have one? or tried one?

Haha Well, at least you can't hang clothes on it. Haven't tried one myself.

I have one. It's good for situps and stuff, they're more fun when you can come up with creative ways to do them on the ball. But it's not a necessary piece of equipment.

Ahh! I want one as an office chair! haha!

i have one that came with the core secrets. it does help with a good workout imo. i'm definitely a fan.

and thisbytes, yes you can hang clothes on it. i've got a pile perfectly balanced on mine right now.

i have one, i mostly use it as a chair, sitting on it right now, it definitely helps my posture and it's fun. i'm rubbish at fitting in time to exercise with it so i haven't done a lot with it but i also bought it to use as a birthing ball anyway.

I have one. I didn't pay for it.... my boyfriend found it one day because someone was throwing it out, and we just have it to play around with. I've never used it to exercise. If you are admitting even now that you probably won't use it, then it doesn't seem worth it to get it. I personally can't work out at home. I find it terribly boring and I can't motivate myself to do it.

i got one today. it's big and red. i feel like an oversized seal when i try to do stuff with it. i probably won't be doing any kind of regular exercises, but seeing as i first and foremost got it as a chair, i'm happy.

it was really cheap too. which worries me. when i put my weight on it i'm scared that it will burst and, like, kill me.
