Has anybody tried this? What are your stories? Did it work?
I started this two days ago and i'm rather enjoying it. I have Special K in the morning, drink lots of water, i snack on fruit and then have a bowl of Special K for either lunch or evening meal, the third meal is usually a healthy choice.
As well as this I have been running as well..I hope it works, I'm going on holiday soon!
