| | blog tip(s) ---> Tracy Reifkind's Blog Living My Physical Potential + Tracy Reifkind's Food and Thought "My journey to lean, strong, athletic and fit through the miracle of progressive combination kettlebell training. My food strategies to deal with weight loss and compulsive overeating."
i'd recommend a dig in the archives - quite a few good posts to be found.
oh- and the mandatory before/now teaser pictures:
hawt!
(by the way; yes, she IS trying to sell you something: Kettlebell Training, Classes, Personal Trainers, Fitness Instructors, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Atherton, Mountain View, Woodside
that she runs with her husband.
however, she doesn't push it in an annoying way, besides the odd "kettlebells are MIRACULOUS" mention, so 'tis ok with me) |

It must be doing something because I can feel it the next day and I feel like I'm gaining a bit of strength but it's not visible because of the mountains of flab on top. |

| | all my weight is around my stomach too. i guess 2 babies does that to you. i think right now i am actually below pre-preg weight but it's just temporary because i'm nursing a 30 lb one year old. as he weans i'll start gaining again.
but anyway...despite being skinny on my arms and legs at the moment my bellly is a big old POOCH. it just sticks out there and i still look pregnant.
of course i haven't done anything to try and firm it up specificially. it is the flabmaster |

| | | wow, you've got a big boy there! my son is about 30lbs too but almost 2 now. i guess weaning might have been part of the reason for my weight gain this year, he only nurses about 4 times a week now and i'm not even sure i'm actually still lactating.
i still look pregnant too and a while back my neighbour actually asked me if I was expecting another! I still can't decide if she was just trying to be a bitch or not. |

| | | this week i've worked out every day, getting up at 4:45 to workout before work on my work days. i;m also no longer dieting, but just watching what i put in my mouth. i'm pregnant. since im older i might very well miscarry, so im trying not to get too excited, but im also taking precautions. no dieting. maintain weight, exercise daily. yesterday i swam and that was very good for me. it felt great.

| | | Keep up the good work.
Dietry wise I've been doing great, but exercise has been put on the backburner for two whole weeks due to new work priorities.
I aim to get back on it on Friday with a body pump class.
I know for a fact I will ache all over Saturday morning. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
