roast a butternut squash

make beetroot and tomato soup

with avocados I really enjoy eaiting them cut in half and then sliced a bit into the flesh with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. you could try mixing some mushed avocado with sals, lime, garlic and salt for guacamole and then dip ryvita in it.

make a brown rice and vegetable risotto. I know tis carbs but wholegrains carbs are good for you becucase they drag things out of your stomach.

try eating beetroot and goats cheese salad. or roast vegetable and hellumi, which is made from sheeps milk. better to avoid cows milk for a bit if you're suffering from bloating.
