i think men lose weight easier than woman though so it's not that surprising to me that he made minor changes and still lost weight. also depends on the person. changing my eating habits and a leisure walk around the block mean very little in terms of my weight if i don't exercise regularly and somewhat vigorously.

Good point. He was pretty overweight and hadn't been active, so I guess when he started doing little things it made a noticeable difference?
