I totally love it, it makes you really flexible, and lean, and you get loads of energy from it. I didnt go for like 2 weeks, only went weight training, and I went again yesterday and I feel great

Im gonna try and go twice a week. It really helps for my back and shoulders as Im a nurse and work is hard!
