Any Success Stories From Weight Loss Pills?

Desparate times!! i've just seen an add for LIPOBIND and am really tempted, i wouldn't usually use diet pills but nothing else seems to be working, even my spin classes dont seem to be shifting the pounds.

Has anything worked for you?

It's likely people will come in here and bust your balls for considering this so you should be lucky you got kind old me here first.

Don't even bother with diet pills.

You mention you do spin class. Have you changed what you're eating? It's only going to cause weight loss if you're eating fewer calories than you expend.

Maybe keep a food diary for a while, counting the calories you're eating, and see if there are areas you can make improvements in. Little things can add up, if you don't keep an eye on them.

1. forget diet pills
2. log everything into fitday. its free and they calculate everything for you. even give you a piechart for the three macronutrients.
3. try and get 40% carbs 30% protein and 30% fats
4. add strength training at least three times a week. and spinning is great if its interval rather than steady. dont do steady cardio.

this is sure fire way to success.

oh, also make sure you eat enough. dont mess with your metabolism.

Diet pills just hurt my heart. Don't bother with miracles in a pill. If you want to lose weight, you have to work for it.
I also use thedailyplate.com which seems like DP's fitday website. Either way, tracking your weight should help keep you on track.

cheers for the responses...i've lacked motivation for a while...its kind of a vicious circle, the more down i get the more i eat...

after a day of trying to find a dress and failing badly cos i looked dumpy in everything :-(
i will do a diet diary, i guess it is amazing how much you take in even in drinks without realising...
