what happens to flour when it goes out of date? how long would you be able to use it for before it goes past the point of no return?

Sometimes flour gets those little bugs in. What are they called? I dunno but them.

i didn't even know flour had a use-by date. if i were you i'd just check it - thoroughly - for weevils.
