I've decided to start a blog/diary of sorts in this forum. i want to keep track of everything i do that's easy to read back. so ill just do it here. <3

warm up stationary bike level 10 for 5 minutes

squat in cage 45 lbs 15 x 2sets
pushups (about three feet from the ground, but plank style) 15 x 2 sets
row 90 lbs 15 x 2 sets
step ups on 10" platform with 30lbs of weights 15 x 2 sets
swiss ball jacknife 10 x 2 sets

than i did 15 minutes n stationary bike. keeping my heart rate in the 160's.

Ooh, I should follow this. I have thirty days to get into some sort of shape for going for runs with Ms Hooper, the fitness freak teacher that lives on the same street as me. I'd better start jogging.

well you can probably lift alot more than i can, but i think this NROL thing is the right track. check it

I'm not going to lift weights, though. I have an aversion. I used to work in a job where I lifted heavy boxes and whatnot all the time, and I don't think I could ever get into lifting heavy things purely for vanity-related reasons. I need to be paid. It's like how once you've been a kitchenhand, washing dishes at home becomes so much more tiresome.

I'll just go for runs. I can still sprint, because I had a couple of practices in the park over the road before sports day, as I wanted to be on the staff relay team. I doubt I can run 1500m at more than shuffle pace without dying.
