Circulation...

I have really crappy circulation, meaning my legs are veiny and ache pretty much all the time, plus I get really cold and cramping hands and feet.

Its genetic and theres not a lot I can do about it I realise.

I thought I'd put this in this board because its diet and exercise relating to circulation, since theres no real medical treatment I don't think.

I know exercise is good for circulation, and I don't smoke (well, very rarely), but I was wondering if any particular exercise is better than others?
I know swimming, which I do as much as I can but its not so easy to fit in and my stroke is lopsided so it fucks my spine.
Are there any supplements that actually work?

Can anyone help?

Garlic pills if you can't stick the cloves
Chestmut oil massaged into the legs
There's also this thing called "stax" for tired legs

I know these things cause I have the same
