huge steak sandwich so far

i dont even feel sick.

then you need to take a good look at your life, find out why you're binge eating, work on stopping, stop and then in no time that amount of food will make you ill.

Theres a scary amount of salt in that btw.

I used to binge, I was really insecure and I comfort ate and then spent hours on end at the gym because I hated myself and thought I was a pig. Indeed I was a pig. I even hid food/food packaging so nobody would know it was me that ate it. I put on two stone and I cannot for the life of me lose that last stone (its been two years). I stopped when my boyfriend told me I was getting fat, its what I needed to hear because I assumed the 'I'm already fat whats another *insert insanely BAD food in large quantities* gonna hurt' mentality.

Bounty bars and skips are both vile. If you must binge, at least binge on nice things.

i just looked up "skips" since i'm too american to know otherwise, and are they all prawn cocktail flavor or are there other flavors? and what the hell does fizzibly melty mean?
