I live at the beach, so I don't know what this winter thing you speak of is.
I just know I see the frozen white stuff when we go to our cabin at Christmas time in the mountains.

Maybe bundle up and go for a jog/walk???

Buy exercise equipment for your house.

Or just walk out in the cold you warm up after a bit.

Go running. You warm up quick.
