my problem is extra skin, no matter how tones i get i will always have flaps on my upper arms, thighs and stomach :-( but i don't have money or the courage to do surgery on that . at 31 i don't think my skin will shrink massively. i will probably always have muffin top even with toning.

but thanks for that bryan i will try it next workout on the eliptical as well (i run a bit funny, my left foot sometimes hits my right ankle and the eliptical is better for the arm workout).

i want to get back to reformer pilates but the studio i used to go at which was cheap has closed down godddamn it

ugh when I went to the gym today (may I add I'm constantly ill this month, and I am having asthma attacks?!) I tried doing the intervals thing, but I ****ed up royally. I am sure it was a bad idea going in the morning without eating anything at all, as an anemic. AND with the cold or whatever the **** I'm having.
I'll try it again when I feel better physically. because I was not into it today. so I ended up jogging for the rest of the time.

Okay I just did it. ah it was a frikin pain in the ***. BUT I felt so happy walking out. like I was floating on a cloud or something it was weird, that's when I noticed my 5.0 30mins jogging sessions were not intensive enough, as this is the first time I felt liek skipping home.
I never sweat so much ,I alternated 4 times, and i did one minute at 7.8-8. at every alternance. is that good enough, I can't run fast for ****, I'll trip and die if I do 9.0. ??? I did it for 25 mins

as of yesterday it was my first full week of alternating interval training on the treadmill with only strength training on the other days. i cannot believe how tired i am at night. i usually am full on awake until midnight on weekdays and then this week i feel passing out at 10-10:30. i hope that means i'm working myself harder than usual. also, i don't know if anyone else gets this but my chest/lungs feel tight immediately after i'm done. maybe my body is just adjusting to a more difficult routine.
