Raw chocolate

ugh, its become one of those celebrity diet foods recently.
I assume its like 100% cocoa??
I've had 80% and its very bitter, not really a sweet treat.

Which celebrities eat it? I've never heard of it being a celebrity trend.

Victoria Beckham or one of those stupid people along with their pu-ehr tea. I don't really like to pay too much attention to that shit.

I've had 98% chocolate (with, I think, no sugar in it). Yes, very bitter. It tastes like pure cocoa powder (I mean pure, not the instant crap).
And it doesn't have that sexy melting "texture".
But it's nice when you have it along with hot chocolate or coffee.
