I am a huge fan of cups of tea
I have drank it since I was a young teenager
and mainly drank it as it was.. no milk or sugar
But in this new year, I have noticed that when I drink it on a morning with my breakfast
I end up feeling all bloated and sick throughout the day
So on some days I just drank squash with my cereal or milk
and I felt fine
Does this mean I have an intolerance to tea/caffine?
also..
Will I have the same reaction with green tea?

this may sound a little far-fetched.... but, there may be a build up of mineral deposits/metal traces in your teapot or kettle. give it a good clean, and always use fresh water.

I can't offer you any cures or suggestions, I just wanted to say that you're in a really shitty situation. I can only drink one cup of tea a day because I get kidney stones, and it kills me. Tea rules.

tea on an empty stomach fucks me up too. too much of it is bad for you. I think green tea is the worst.. can't remember what it is in it though.
