is it a real workout? do you really learn how to do a sexy striptease? which volume should i get?

it's ok but i wouldnt call it a real workout. and the moves are kinda generic - nothing you couldn't come up with on your own. and no real stripping either which is pants.

I meant to check that out when it was released! I love Carmen, not quite as much as Pam but still! I think it's just a series of moves that form a routine at the end from the clips I've seen but I'm not sure. I'd start with volume 1 then you can't go wrong! Let me know if it's any good. You can get seriously toned from pole dancing/burlesque dancing etc I really want to start taking classes.

I have the dvds you are talking about. I am embarassed to say that I really haven't used them. I liked what I did of them. It can be a workout and you do pick up some moves from it. I can never get into them because I always have one of my sons around and usually a friend or 2. Can't really do strip areobics with teenaged boys about. lol

Okay she's so adorable on those tapes. you can't help but responding to her when she "interacts" with you through the tv. aha I feel like an idiot everytime I do it but it's really fun. Which reminds me I haven't done it in over a month. I only have the first tape which is the aerobic striptease, I'm thinking of getting the other 4 ones.

I say you get the advenced aerobic striptease which is volume 3 just because you seem to be going to the gym a lot, so you'll be able to keep up. the first one gets boring sometimes.

i have the first one, and if you do it correctly, move for move, it is a good workout. start with the first one, i think they go in stages.

I've got the first two. The second one isn't a strip-tease, it's a proper work out with a fitness guy. It's really good (but not at all stripping, just toning). The first one is good like the first 5 times you use it, then it just seems too simplistic and not really exercise at all, it's good though if you can borrow if off someone, but not that worth it to buy. So maybe get 2 and 3? Although, I don't know what 3 is like.

Sure you can, I'm sure they wouldn't complain You could be the hot mom in the neighborhood. Your son would probably be mortified, though.

this one looks hotter, but it's probably harder to find than the carmen electra ones.

I bought the DVD. It's amusing. There's lots of moves in it that will tone your legs and but and some for your waist, but it's not going to burn a lot of calories. I do it after cardio.
