Cold FX

Has anyone tried this? I started taking it a few weeks ago, and so far it's worked!! For the past month, I've been around a lot of people with cold and flu ("troopers" at work, who refuse to take a sick day, and family members), but so far nothing! I'm usually the one to catch everything (especially in the winter when I tend to feel more sleep deprived, do less exercise, and thus have a lower immunity).

I just hope the thing is safe. It's supposedly "natural" whatever that means...mostly composed of ginseng, simple and complex sugars. But, they're obviously not going to give away their secret formula.

I used it when I first felt like I was coming down with a cold and it did nothing for me. Mind you I'm not very strict about taking pills (dosage, times, etc) this included. So for all I know it could work.

But I'm not sure if it lives up to it's "all natural" claim, I somehow doubt it.

my mom's doctor told her that women shouldn't use a lot of ginseng...because it can mess with your lady parts

I'm pretty good about when I take supplements, pills, etc. I always do the vitamin C and echinacea thing whenever I feel something coming on, but that never helps when the bad colds are going around. This year, all I've done differently is take one cold fx pill before bed. (The dosage on the bottle is 2 pills per day, but I was sort of scared to take too much, plus at $50 a bottle, I'm going to be a little cheap as well).

I have a sneak and hunch that the dosage is due to consumption.

But I'm bitter towards Cold-FX ever since that BRANDPOWER: HELPING YOU BUY BETTER has shoved it down my throat.
