| | | i suggest you be really careful when buying one. i have this really ugly one, its a well known brand (i cut the tags off tho so i cant remember which it is) & the shop lady recommended it to me because i asked her for the BEST one and anyway it was good at first but now its a bit shit. it makes my boobs look smaller but i think it could be alot more supportive. the one that dirtyplotte posted looks really really good though, i wish i had bought one like that. i think i will ave a look at that website |

Is it normal that sport bras are itching me?! As if the material was irritating or something? I bought a Nike one, and I swear from the moment I started my treadmill session I thought I had a thousand mosquitoes on my breast. The size is good, though. What to do?

| | | the enell doesnt itch me. i dont like wearing it other than workouts because it's very binding, but the fabric is smooth. its silky feeling. the bra has a lot of structure so its not fun wearing as an every day bra.

| | | I have a nike one which I bought recently after my M&S one was shit.
Its pretty much just like being bandaged in, but it helps.
I get terrible itching from shirts rubbing on my stomach (which doesn't bounce that much, honest) while I work out though. Never my boobs now though... |

What to do? | what's it made out of?! it may be because you're sweating and the moisture doesn't have anywhere to go, so it just irritates your skin. Maybe try wearing a very cheap zero-support plain cotton bra underneath? |
