I prefer soy milk to real milk. but I can't stand it in coffee, i find it tastes like cardboard. so if you don't like normal milk in your coffee, good luck putting soya into it...
but I mean drinking what two spoons of 10%coffee cream won't ruin your weight loss....as long as you stick to eating healthy when it comes to other foods and meals.

on a different topic I don't eat meat, and I do eat a lot of tofu, or soya grains, or just um 'veggiemeat' which is made out of soya...so what the fuck is there to do in order to get my proteins but not risk my health. p.s. ricemilk tastes like shit.

i had a hard time trying it for the first time, but i havent gone back. havent had real milk for years. i never drink any milk by itself, but now i can eat cereal and have coffee and not be grossed out by the fact that im eating something that was squeezed from a cow. i prefer the vanilla flavor.

Silk brand creamer adds a nice flavor... almond milk is pretty good, but I don't think it's creamy enough for coffee. I agree with untouchable that it's unlikely that a little bit of creamer (maybe 2 teaspoons, dry) will hurt your weight loss goals. In fact, soy may be more counter-productive with your weight loss--since it's been shown to disrupt thyroid function (and one of the hallmark symptoms of an underactive thyroid is weight gain that's otherwise unexplained). You might want to have a look here:
Soy Free Solutions

(It looks like it's still in development, but may be very helpful once in full swing)
