I use Silk soy milk. Its ok in coffee. Way better than regular milk. When I put regular milk in coffee...it taste like I'm drinking melted butter or grease. I've heard about the dangers of soy milk and consuming alot of it. Hopefully silk is safe. I'm about to look it up now.

As far as i can gather, I think the eostrogen link only really applies to people who consume a lot of soya products, particulaly vegetarians who's meat replacements are often soy based. Having it in your coffee i don't think would be anything to worry about.

I know what you mean about milk though, Alpro make a lovely double cream that i find is a lot nicer and also not as sickly as double cows milk cream.

silk makes coffee creamer, too. plain or vanilla. i find it quite tasty.

Has anyone ever seen the Silk specialty flavors in the market? I heard they exist but have never seen them.
