i have given up refined sugar for 100 days as of the new year
it's rather hard to find foodstuff that has no refined sugar. i am eating honey though. and all naturally occurring sugars in fruit etc are ok.
day 2 was the worst. i felt light headed and empty but apart from that it's so far so good
i've also taken to long grain brown rice. it's so delicious and is a lot lighter than white rice which i find is gluggy and i always feel sicky after eating it
i also found this amazing natural peanut butter which tastes exactly like the real thing without the guilt
