I didn't do it wrong, I'm going according to the information provided by his PE trainer, and the trainer at my gym, after a lenghty assessment, determined my BMI was 11. I've spoken to two people independently prior to this (with backgrounds in nutrition and personal training) who concur that
*18 to 25 is a
median "healthy" male BMI, and that 9-10 is "healthy" for professional athletes. Speaking to four different people before tendering something akin to an opinion does not necessarily a "dumbass" make....
What frame of reference are you using ?
