cook yourself thin (book)

I missed the tv series but saw a couple of recipes online and was intrigued. Does anyone own the book? I was thinking of buying it for some lower cal meal ideas. Also has anyone acctually dropped a dress size using the meal ideas?

yeah, the skinny bitch book is really only for you if you want to become a vegan and you need motivation. i bought it thinking it was just a no-nonsense-kick-your-ass diet book. not quite, since i will never give up turkey sandwiches.

anyway, here's another suggested book: Amazon.com: The Skinny: How to Fit into Your Little Black Dress Forever: Books: Melissa Clark,Robin Aronson

i read it cover to cover at barnes&noble. it's really fair and logical and there are some really great recipes in the back section.
