after having a terrible day out shopping and accidently ripping a dress in zara as I tried to take it off, I have gone out of denial and realised that I need to exercise. I know what I need to do. Ive read enough books and threads on
KR to do this but I intend to walk back into my gym in the new year. I may brace it on monday but I very much doubt it. I was going to pig out but luckily today's mirrors have altered my decision.
