I keep getting these when I'm not hungry. I've eaten plenty today, enough to be full but not enough so that I'm too full, but for the last few hours I've had this feeling in my stomach like I'm absolutely starving. Does anyone know how I can get it to go away at least for a few hours so I can get some sleep?
actually, though, the more i eat the hungrier i get. if i have breakfast, i'll be starving again by mid-morning. if i don't have breakfast, i can go without smthg to eat until late afternoon...
