some antibiotics are used on farm animals to cause weight gain, though it's not understood how they work. so maybe

i always lose weight when i take them as they caused horrid side effects

i'm 25ut my weight is 30kg. it is very ridiculous and sometime i can't believe it. my friends and relatives lough at me. but i can't understand what measure i will take to weight gain.
