| | after a bath or shower try using one of those brush things and scrub your behind with it, or there's those firming creams - i've got the Clarins one, apparently it's more the movement of your hands over the skin rather than the cream itself that does the action.
and there's always a healthy diet and plenty of water i should imagine contributes as well.
a toned bum would be a lovely thing to have. |

| | | If you don't want to walk backwards (I for one don't want to crash in the middle of my crowded gym) try turning the incline up as far as it will go, putting the speed on 3.5-4 mph, and keep going as long as you can, at least 15 mins. |

| | | Squats, lunges, and the proper gluteus maximus exercises will get your way to a firmer ass. No cream will. I love Clarins but all their creams for cellulite and flabby skin are meant to be used in synergy w/ a diet and exercise routine.
And I do the treadmill on varying days @ the gym, always on the highest incline and speed and never feel like I'm exerting myself. Maybe because I'm a runner I'm used to the incline of actual hills giving you that burn. It needs to hurt. You need to be sore the next day. |

| | | Actual hills are better, unfortunately I don't live near any. When I lived right off of a huge hill one of my favorite workouts was sprinting up it then walking down it to recover, over and over.
There are also tons of DVDs made specifically for your ass. Search "butt" in dvds at amazon.com and plenty will pop up. |

Squats especially -- and if you can get to a squat machine at the gym that's even better. This is my goal, I don't want mine bigger but I want to lose weight and keep the ass. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
