| | | HELP! How do i lose weight on my thighs/upper arrms/arse etc etc This deserves repeating:
You CANNOT spot reduce fat. You can only lose fat allover your body, for that you need to make sure you are doing at least 20mins x3days of cardio at a medium=fast pace.
Weights and spot exercises for those areas are to build *muscle* and you do need to do weight bearing exercise as well (once every second day unless you are doing exercises for diff areas then you can do weights every day)

Its your decision. |

| | | Thanks so much for this. I have been getting so sick of seeing people recommend doing crunches to get rid of belly fat. Why can't we kill these myths already? |

Capiche? | No you can't spot-reduce your body with exercise OR diet, but you can do a cocktail-oriented diet developed by a dude in the 1960s that will make you drop pounds quickly without suffering starvation or even exercise. The following diet precedes the Atkins, SoBe and other diets of the like... The Drinking Man's Diet - Forbes.com
Of course, this is not a long term solution (as prescribed). However, it will make you skinny for a certain period of time. Unless you're like the dude who created it. It's still working for him and he's in his eighties or something.

| | | you know what is the very best workout? i recommend stretching before and after any cardio. it warms you up and it is vital as you get older, this you will see.
exercise the core muscles for the very best workout. it's hell for a while, but then you learn to do them right and you get used to them. squat thrusts are a really good one for thighs and butt and lovehandle area.
also, i recommend at least a good power walk or slight jog for about 15 minutes. this shouldn't count as 20 minutes though.
my routine (and i am not athletic at all):
10 minutes of stretches. all limbs, torso, everything. and i don't stop for a break.
then i go jog for 15 minutes. i'll walk a little, but only for maybe two minutes of that 15. and for just starting out, it's ok to start at like, 7 or 10 minutes. just add on at least 3-5 minutes every week.
after the jog, i do another ten minutes of just cool off stretching. crunches are good to do at this time.
also, i stopped buying a lot of snack foods. that has helped immensely. i'm also a little poor, so that really helps. lol
i hope this helps someone. the key is pushing yourself. you can keep going far past the "i...can't....do...this..." stage. and lots of water is important too. but don't gulp it during a workout. just sip. and drink it during the day too. |

Almonds and 3 strands of unicorn hair soaked overnight to be had when the sun shine reflects on you forming an angle of incidence of 38 degrees at 7:02 am. To be had every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
This shall help you with the ears and nose, it works wonders.
However, my knowledge is only limited to facial specifics. I truly apologize for my incapacty Bort mah boy (I love the alliteration, I could say that bit over and over again ) | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
