um, well i did tai bo for a while and i lost some fat on my upper arms, thighs etc., but they are also more muscular and thus look bigger xD

I am currently participating in a fitness/nutrition program through my work.

It is a combination of physical activity and nutrition, I have heard 2 different things so who knows what the exact percentage is but basically the most important thing is not exercise but rather what you eat. i was told 85% nutrition 15% exercise, but also 75%/%25

I have had a gym membership for years and i've gone regularly and sporadically, basically maintaining my weight but what i'm doing now is actually working.

if you excercise everday but have ****ty eating habits, you will most likely not get the results you desire.
