No you can't spot-reduce your body with exercise OR diet, but you can do a cocktail-oriented diet developed by a dude in the 1960s that will make you drop pounds quickly without suffering starvation or even exercise. The following diet precedes the Atkins, SoBe and other diets of the like...

Of course, this is not a long term solution (as prescribed). However, it will make you skinny for a certain period of time. Unless you're like the dude who created it. It's still working for him and he's in his eighties or something.
