So my sister has a pole in her bedroom...for pole dancing exercises. She even has a dvd to go with it. I was out of breath after 1 minute. Srsly.

I refuse to recognise pole-dancing as an aerobic exercise. The popularity of something with its roots so firmly planted in the sex industry saddens me.

Personally, I've seen some strippers doing the most amazing things on the pole and I consider it an art form really. I refuse to go to those pole exercise places though because they are hypocritical, they won't let strippers join (yeah, I know wtf?!) because they want to take "the sleaze factor" out of it. Assholes.
