| ive been doing it for 6 weeks now and i looooove it but bloody hell, its hard work! i feel like such an idiot for assuming itd be as easy as it looks
does anyone know anything good for grip? idk if i have unusually sweaty hands or if it's just my crappy upper arm strength but i SLIDE right down the pole quicker than i should. is there some sly trick i can use to keep myself up? |
